CBD, or Cannabidol, is a phytocannabinoid found in certain strains of hemp. It is a naturally occurring compound of hemp which contains at least 100 cannabinoids. CBD is non-intoxicating, unlike one of the most prolific phytocannabinoids, THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol.

Our CBD is derived from hemp. We extract the CBD from our hemp with ethanol. The extract undergoes purification and distillation processes that results in a high quality CBD oil, free from all solvents. Our products contain less the required minimum 0.3% THC content.

Our CBD isolate is sourced from local Pacific Northwest or Colorado laboratories. We run third party tests on all the isolate, ensuring their is less than 0.3% THC, no pesticides, or heavy metals.

Products that contain CBD are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. This bill  specified that hemp as an industrial byproduct will not be regulated and will be decriminalized by the DEA. Hemp products that contain CBD are brought to all 50 states, as well as around the globe. We always encourage checking with local government and police departments for the most up to date information regarding CBD and your county and state before you purchase anything. These statements should not be considered legal advice, so, if in doubt, please call or email your local administration prior to purchasing any of our products.

Our products are in alignment with the federal mandated THC limit of 0.3%. However, not all drug tests are created equal and there are some drug tests that would result in a positive test. Some of the factors include: How recently you used the product?; How much product did you use?

Rainier Valley Hemp Company  holds no liability for any positive results on drug tests. We highly recommend not using CBD products if you are concerned with this.
